For partners and consultancies

Every customer engagement, in one console.

Stop rebuilding gap assessments in spreadsheets and Word for every customer. Run them in Fidureon, hand over a PDF report under your own brand, and come back for the follow-up against the same baseline.

Built in Göteborg. Hosted in the EU, and so is the AI.

The partner console of a fictional advisory firm, Fjällsäker Advisory AB: 4 customers and 2 team members, tabs for Customers, Team and Branding, a New customer button, and a table of client organisations such as Hälsinge Vatten AB, Kustbanken Sparbank and Lindö Logistik AB, each Active, with users, frameworks and engagements per customer and actions to open, edit, set modules and invite users.

How it works

Set up, assess, report, repeat.

One method for every customer instead of a new spreadsheet each time. The report you hand over can be the baseline for the next engagement, and the customer stays on the platform in between.

  1. Set up the customer

Add a customer tenant, switch on the frameworks and modules they need and invite their team.

  2. Assess the gaps

Score each requirement yourself, or let the customer’s team self-assess, and record findings with the evidence linked.

  3. Hand over the report

For an assessment you run, generate a PDF report prepared by your consultancy for the customer, with both logos on the cover, ready for their board or auditor.

  4. Run the follow-up

The customer keeps working in Fidureon. Pick this engagement as the baseline for the next one, and the follow-up compares every requirement with it.

Partner console

Each customer set up the way they work.

A customer’s tenant gets only the frameworks and modules they need, and only the people who should be in it. Your own branding goes on every report.

The partner console’s Customers tab for a fictional advisory firm: the Customers, Team and Branding tabs, a New customer button, and a table of four client organisations with their slug, status Active, users, frameworks and engagements, and row actions to open, edit, set modules and invite a user.
  1. Your logo, website and accent colour for every report your team prepares. The Team tab beside it holds your own consultants.
  2. Each customer gets its own tenant, kept apart from your other customers.
  3. How many frameworks are switched on for each customer, and how many engagements you have run there.
  4. The gear on each row: switch frameworks and modules on or off for that customer. Each switch saves immediately.
  5. The envelope on each row: invite the customer’s people as members, admins or auditors, or your consultants as partner staff.
Every customer in one table, with the controls for its modules and its people on each row.Every customer in one list, each with its own workspace.
  • Frameworks and modules per customer Switch on gap analysis, the supplier questionnaire portal, the multi-entity hierarchy or DORA, which ships as a module for ICT third-party risk rather than as a catalogue.
  • Their team and yours Invite the customer’s people as members, admins or auditor-only users, and add your consultants as partner staff. Inside the tenant, an admin can be limited to one company in a group.
  • Kept apart Each customer is its own tenant, so controls, evidence, findings and reports never mix between your customers.

Branding

Your brand on every report.

Set your consultancy’s logo, accent colour and website once. Every report your assessors generate says it was prepared by you, for the customer, with the customer’s own logo beside yours.

Language

Swedish or English.

The Fidureon app is fully available in Swedish and English, so customer teams work in the language they speak.

Gap engagements

Find the gaps. Show the progress.

Run an engagement for a customer, or let their team self-assess. Every requirement gets a score, findings carry their evidence, and a follow-up engagement shows which requirements improved since the baseline.

Assessment engagements for a demo company: “ISO 27001 readiness assessment 2026”, kind Readiness, In progress, covering ISO 27001:2022 ISMS and Annex A with a lead assessor, 122 requirements scored and 6 findings, compared with its baseline; below it the completed “ISO 27001 gap analysis 2025 (baseline)”, a self-assessment.
Each assessment is an engagement with its own scores, findings, evidence and reports, and it can name the one before it as its baseline.
  • Your assessment or theirs Run it yourself with your lead assessor named on the report, or let the customer self-assess. Their own report carries only their name and says it has not been independently verified.
  • Findings that become work Each finding sits on a requirement with its evidence, and can be raised straight into the customer’s non-conformity register or as an action.
  • Compared with the baseline A follow-up shows the overall score and the certification-ready share then and now, and which requirements improved, regressed or stayed the same.

The result, scored against the baseline.

Gap analysis for a demo company’s ISO 27001 readiness assessment against ISO 27001:2022 ISMS: an engagement picker, a Generate Report button, an overall score of 3.6 out of 5 compared with the 2025 baseline (overall 2.4 → 3.6, ready 64 % → 84 %), certification ready 84 %, 122 of 122 requirements assessed, and tiles for 122 requirements, 122 assessed, 102 ready and 20 gaps.
  1. Pick the engagement to look at: this year’s assessment or an earlier one.
  2. The PDF report for this engagement. When your assessor generates it, it is prepared by your consultancy.
  3. The overall score and the certification-ready share, then and now.
  4. Requirements scored 3 or more count as ready; those scored 1 or 2 are gaps.
  1. Against the baseline. The overall score and the certification-ready share, then and now.

Engagements run on the frameworks switched on for the customer. Fidureon’s catalogues include EU AI Act, GDPR, NIS2 (Sweden), ISO 27001, ISO 42001 and ISO 9001, plus CRA, EU Data Act, PCI DSS 4.0.1, TISAX, MVSP and your own custom frameworks.

Customer groups

A group of companies, entity by entity.

When a customer is a group, model it as an entity tree in their tenant and see every company side by side.

Diagram: a group modelled as an entity tree in the customer’s tenant.
The Framework readiness card from a demo company’s dashboard: progress rings for ISO 27001:2022 ISMS 77 %, ISO 9001:2015 QMS 69 %, GDPR 75 % and EU AI Act 35 %, each counted across 1 entity.
On the dashboard, each framework’s readiness is counted across the entities in scope. The demo company here has one.
  • Mandate from the parent The parent entity mandates frameworks to its subsidiaries, and deadlines for the first assessment carry down the tree.
  • Each entity’s own figures Every entity, the parent included, shows its own result per framework. The headline is the average compliance across the child entities.
  • Scoped people, shared documents Give each company its own admins and logo, and share published documents down the tree as live, read-only copies.

FAQ

Partner questions.

What is the Fidureon partner console?

It is where a consultancy runs its customers on Fidureon. From the console you create customer tenants, switch frameworks and modules on for each customer, invite their teams, manage your own team and set your report branding.

Are our customers kept apart from each other?

Yes. Each customer has its own tenant, so its controls, evidence, findings and reports are separate from your other customers. Inside a tenant, admins and invitations can also be limited to a single entity.

Which frameworks can a gap engagement cover?

The frameworks switched on for the customer. Fidureon’s catalogues include EU AI Act, GDPR, NIS2 (Sweden), ISO 27001, ISO 42001 and ISO 9001, and also CRA, EU Data Act, PCI DSS 4.0.1, TISAX, MVSP and your own custom frameworks.

What does the customer get at the end of an engagement?

For an engagement your consultancy runs, a PDF report prepared by you for the customer: the cover carries your logo and lead assessor next to the customer’s own logo. A customer’s self-assessment is reported as the customer’s own and marked as not independently verified. Either way, the report gives the overall score, the share of requirements ready for certification and the findings by severity. A follow-up also shows the trend against the baseline: the scores then and now, and how many requirements improved, regressed or stayed the same. Findings can be raised straight into the customer’s non-conformity register or as actions.

Can a customer be a group with several companies?

Yes. Model the group as an entity tree inside the customer’s tenant. The parent can mandate frameworks to its subsidiaries, each entity can have its own admins and logo, and published documents can be shared down the tree. The group overview shows every entity’s own result for each framework, the parent included, and a headline figure: the average compliance across the child entities.
